These terms govern your use of aashco.com (the "Site"), operated by AashCo Inc., a company federally incorporated in Canada with its registered office in Ontario. By using this Site, you agree to these terms.
What this Site is for
This Site describes AashCo's approach to working with businesses on operational problems, and provides a way to tell us what you'd like to improve through the Ask AashCo form.
Submissions are not a binding agreement
Submitting the Ask AashCo form starts a review on our side. It does not create a contract, does not commit AashCo to take on any project, and does not commit you to work with us. Any actual engagement — scope, timing, cost, and deliverables — is agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.
What we ask of you
When using this Site, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or malicious content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this Site or the systems behind it;
- use automated means to scrape, submit, or interact with this Site outside of normal human use; or
- submit personal information about someone else without their knowledge, or submit sensitive third-party data (such as customer records or credentials) through the form.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including text, design, and branding — belongs to AashCo Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this Site for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Information you submit through the form remains subject to our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not transfer any ownership of your business information to AashCo.
No warranty
This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of any outcome, result, or response time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AashCo Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, or from any delay or failure in our response to a submission. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, regardless of where you access this Site from. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Commercial electronic messages
If we reply to something you've submitted, that reply relates directly to your own inquiry. If AashCo ever sends broader commercial electronic messages (for example, a newsletter), we will seek your consent separately and provide a way to unsubscribe, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
