Why AashCo exists
Businesses get sold tools. What they need are answers that fit how they actually work, and often that’s a better process, not new software.
Good businesses rarely stall for lack of effort. They stall on friction: work done twice, costs that creep, knowledge stuck with one person. AashCo exists to find that friction and remove it.
The experience behind it
AashCo was founded by Ayman Shelbaieh, who has spent more than 20 years across operations leadership, enterprise technology sales and software engineering.
That includes leading the turnaround of a multi-unit franchise portfolio with more than $10M in annual revenue: bringing underperforming locations back to healthy margins, reducing labour costs by 4–6%, and building the audits, schedules and systems teams actually used.
That mix is the point. We understand the P&L, the front line and the technology, so we can tell when the fix is a process, a tool or something new.
